Volt is immediately hiring for a Process Engineering Technician 3 in Milpitas, CA.

As a Process Engineering Technician 3, you will:

• Performs technical tests and experiments for process engineering.
• Performs set-up of processing equipment.
• Monitors, audits and provides guidance to line operators.
• Processes test runs and prepares records, charts, and graphs of results for presentation to engineering to identify yield problems or test new products.
• Provides technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.

This is a full-time - temp to hire opportunity.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 2nd shift: 3:00pm-11:30pm

The ideal candidate will have:

• Typically requires an Associate's Degree in related field, technical training or equivalent education and training. Successful completion of company provided training may be required. May require up to one year of related experience
• 2-4 years of related experience
• Has substantial understanding of the job, and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks
• May make decisions or recommendations within a team or line. Decisions affect team
• May make decisions or recommendations for team

Pay rate: $30.00 per hour

* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
