150000 per hour
We’re hiring a Process Engineer to support and improve manufacturing operations for PCBA (SMT & box build) production. This role focuses on process control, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement, partnering closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and R&D teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and optimize PCB assembly processes (SMT/PTH)
- Support NPI from prototype through production (DFM/DFA, pilot builds)
- Program and optimize SMT and related equipment (ASMPT, Fuji, Panasonic, AOI, reflow, wave solder, coating systems)
- Analyze defects and drive corrective actions (RCA, 8D, FMEA)
- Improve KPIs (yield, FPY, OEE, cycle time, scrap)
- Create SOPs, work instructions, and maintain process documentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally and support audits, training, and technical guidance
- 5–7 years in manufacturing/process engineering, preferably PCBA/SMT
- Strong knowledge of PCB assembly, SPC, and data-driven problem solving
- Excellent communication, analytical, and continuous improvement skills
