Descriptio

• n:
  
  Senior‑level Human Factors Engineer (8–10+ years) supporting diabetes care product development. Leads human‑factors strategy, usability research, and HF deliverables across the hardware–software product lifecycle. Applies user‑centered design principles, conducts usability testing from early prototypes through validation, and synthesizes data into actionable insights. Works cross‑functionally with R&D, Design, Product Management, Regulatory, and Quality to ensure solutions meet user needs and regulatory standards.
