Group/Division

The Sens Array division is the world leading provider of in situ processing measurement and control solutions for the semiconductor industry. The company provides measurement and control solutions to both semiconductor fabs and mask shops to ensure that yields are consistently high thus enabling cost-effective manufacturing Sens Array business unit is dedicate to support customer R&D phase as well as HVM with in-situ thermal process control.

Sens Array business unit enable APC (Automated Process Control) to improve process optimization and yield improvement.

Job Description /Preferred Qualifications

Electrical Design Engineer is responsible for the design, development, validation, and lifecycle support of electrical subsystems and systems for semiconductor capital equipment. This role spans concept development through manufacturing release and sustaining support, requiring strong cross-functional collaboration with mechanical, firmware, systems, and manufacturing teams.

Core Responsibilities

* Design, analyze, and develop analog, digital, mixed-signal, and power electronics circuits and subsystems.

* Create electrical architectures, schematics, and design documentation.

* Support PCB design from concept through fabrication, assembly, and validation.

* Perform circuit simulations, electrical analysis, and design verification.

* Lead hardware bring-up, prototype integration, debugging, and verification testing.

* Develop and execute test plans, analyze results, and document findings.

* Support hardware, firmware, FPGA, and system-level integration activities.

* Diagnose and resolve electrical and system-level issues during development, manufacturing, and field support.

* Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

* Support product lifecycle activities including NPI, manufacturing release, and sustaining engineering.

* Work closely with mechanical, firmware, systems, manufacturing, and supplier teams to deliver robust solutions.

* Support component selection, PCB fabrication, and manufacturing readiness activities.

* Contribute to technical reviews, design documentation, and project execution.

Required Qualifications

* Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

* 3+ years of hands-on electrical engineering experience.

* Strong foundation in analog, digital, mixed-signal, and power circuit design.

* Experience with schematic capture and PCB development processes.

* Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment and hardware debugging.

* Ability to perform system-level troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.

* Familiarity with electrical simulation and design verification methods.

* Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

* Experience with FPGA, embedded systems, or hardware-software integration.

* Familiarity with PCB design tools such as Altium, OrCAD, or Allegro.

* Experience with SPICE simulation tools and C/C++ programming.

Minimum Qualifications

Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience;
Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years;
Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years
