Our ADI Empower Semiconductor has an opportunity for an experienced ATE test engineer who is proficient with the Advantest V93K platform. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a cutting-edge semiconductor team creating a new paradigm in power delivery for GPU's / XPU's in AI data centers. Traditional power solutions require many discrete components with big footprints and complex designs.
Empower Semiconductor's patented IVR technology integrates dozens of components into a single IC shrinking footprints by 10x and delivering power with unprecedented simplicity, speed & accuracy.
- BS / MS in the field of Electrical Engineering
- 10+ years of experience with test development for semiconductors; minimum 3 years using Advantest V93k
- Experience in the power IC field is a plus but not a requirement.
- Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment and best practices for IC bring-up, test, and characterization

Yes, 10% of the time Shift Type: 1st Shift/Days The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $130,168 to $188,490.
