Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The Finance Manager
    -Consumer Solutions Business Unit Finance is an experienced individual responsible for leading complex financial planning, forecasting, and analytical activities in support of key business objectives for the Consumer business.
  • This role exercises sound judgment in ambiguous situations, and influences decision-making through data-driven insights and strong business partnership.
  • The role is expected to independently own major planning processes, develop financial frameworks, and provide strategic and operational finance support to senior business stakeholders.
  • This position will have no people management responsibility and is expected to provide functional leadership, and guidance to cross-functional partners.
Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5–7+ years of progressive finance experience, with demonstrated growth in scope and complexity; prior experience supporting Business Unit/Supply Chain Operations preferred
  • Strong knowledge of product COGS, Inventory Management, product cost savings preferred

SKILLS:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex financial modeling and scenario analysis
  • Strong working knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance management
  • Proven ability to independently manage complex deliverables and multiple priorities with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated experience translating complex financial data into clear, concise insights for senior and executive-level audiences
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence without authority
  • Track record of process improvement, control enhancement, and analytical rigor
  • High attention to detail combined with the ability to operate at a strategic level

PREFERRED:

  • MBA, CPA, or equivalent advanced finance credential
  • Experience in revenue, pricing, margin, or go-to-market focused organizations
  • Familiarity with enterprise financial systems and planning tools (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Anaplan, or similar platforms)
  • Background in technology, semiconductor, manufacturing, or consumer electronics industries
  • Experience leading or mentoring finance team members
  • Knowledge of risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and financial compliance frameworks
  • Exposure to strategic planning and business development initiatives
