We are a growing beauty academy offering hybrid education programs in cosmetology, esthetics, barbering, manicuring, and hairstyling.

• Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Every Other Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Teach esthetics theory using the CIMA learning platform
• Provide hands‑on instruction and demonstrations in:
  • Basic facial techniques
  • Waxing and hair removal
  • Brow lamination
  • Makeup application
• Guide and mentor students throughout their training
• Assist students with practical skills development and clinic floor activities
• Help students prepare for the State Board licensing examination
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain a positive, professional, and engaging learning environment
• Assist with creating social media content, including photos, videos, and educational beauty‑related posts that showcase student learning and academy activities

• Current and valid Esthetician License
• Bilingual is a plus
• Professional esthetics experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable appearing in and helping create social media content
• Passion for education and student success

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Esthetician Instructor to inspire and educate aspiring skincare and beauty professionals. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive training in a variety of esthetic techniques, ensuring students gain both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Your expertise will help shape the next generation of beauty specialists, fostering confidence and mastery in a supportive learning environment.

• Develop engaging lesson plans that cover core esthetic topics such as facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and skin treatments including dermabrasion and laser therapy
• Deliver hands‑on instruction in advanced techniques like trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, and aesthetic laser treatments
• Educate students on anatomy knowledge relevant to esthetic procedures to ensure safe and effective practice
• Guide students through practical applications of hair extensions, hair coloring, hair styling, threading, and makeup application
• Assess student progress through evaluations, demonstrations, and practical exams to ensure competency in esthetic treatments and cosmetology skills
• Maintain a positive classroom environment that encourages active participation, questions, and professional development
• Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new techniques into curriculum to keep training relevant and innovative

• Proven experience as an esthetician with expertise in treatments such as facials, dermabrasion, laser therapy, eyelash extensions, and body waxing
• Strong background in cosmetology or related beauty fields with knowledge of hair styling, coloring, barbering, nail care, and aesthetic treatments
• Prior classroom or adult education experience demonstrating effective lesson planning and student engagement skills
• Familiarity with advanced esthetic procedures including trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts to diverse learners
• Certification or licensure as an esthetician or cosmetologist is required; additional certifications in laser treatments or advanced skin therapies are a plus
