The Role

Ultimately, your job is to help us continue to deliver world class customer service and unparalleled physical therapy sessions.

You will help the PT team carry out sessions by assisting with cleaning, preparation and putting away equipment, ensuring the space is safe, and occasionally giving an extra hand in exercises. You will also help the admin team with double checking scheduling, eligibility, and reaching out to clients for reminders. Ultimately, you will help ensure our clients have a great experience with us and feel like they’re the only one in our office.

Responsibilities
  • Provide "wow" experiences - Your number one job is to provide an unparalleled customer experience that clients can't wait to come back to and tell their friends about.
  • Equipment setup before client arrival and maintaining a clean, welcoming space
  • Offer encouragement and support to clients
  • Help prevent no-shows and manage scheduling reminders; assist with checking appointments and eligibility
  • Office cleanliness and replenishment: store equipment properly and ensure areas are stocked with paper towels, lotions, etc.
  • Equipment check and preparation to ensure safety and readiness for use; assist with entering client demographics as needed

  • Strong verbal and written communication; able to connect with clients and teammates
