As a part-time caregiver with SYNERGY Home Care, you will:
- Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
- Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
- Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
- Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Helping with mobility (walking, transfers, using wheelchairs)
- Supporting feeding or meal assistance if needed
- Preparing meals and ensuring proper nutrition
- Cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment
- Grocery shopping and running errands
- Providing companionship and conversation
- Encouraging social interaction and activities
- Offering emotional reassurance and reducing isolation
