MSP Specialist – Contingent Workforce Program
Location:
Milpitas, CA (Hybrid – M,W,Th on-site) Duration: 3-Month W-2 Contract
Pay: $40-42/HR
Position OverviewJoin a global technology leader as an MSP Specialist supporting a high-volume Contingent Workforce Program. This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the contingent workforce program, serving as a key partner to hiring managers, staffing suppliers, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate has experience supporting MSP programs, managing contingent labor through a VMS, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support daily operations of the contingent workforce program and ensure a positive experience for hiring managers and suppliers.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, provide program guidance, and facilitate the contingent hiring process.
- Create, manage, and maintain requisitions within the Magnit Vendor Management System (VMS).
- Coordinate with staffing suppliers throughout the recruitment and hiring process, including candidate submissions and interview coordination.
- Support the full contingent worker lifecycle, including onboarding, extensions, transfers, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate worker records and assignment data within the VMS.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues from hiring managers, suppliers, and contingent workers in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with contingent workforce policies, standard operating procedures, and program requirements.
- Assist with reporting, data validation, and program metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall user experience.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Procurement, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience supporting an MSP, contingent workforce program, staffing account management, or vendor management environment.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Magnit VMS is strongly preferred.
