Job Location Requirements

Seeking an accomplished Software Product Manager with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the tech industry in Product Management, and software development experience, specializing in product development across diverse platforms such as SaaS, mobile apps, web apps, AI, RFID technology, and e-commerce.

This role demands a strategic mindset and the ability to adeptly navigate the complexities of these varied technologies.

Overseeing the product roadmap for a diverse suite of products, including SaaS, mobile and web applications, leveraging AI and RFID technologies, and optimizing e-commerce strategies.

Generating User Stories from various sources, including direct feedback, customer insights, directives from the CEO, and internal brainstorming, to create a robust product backlog.

Refining User Stories in collaboration with the development team to ensure clarity and feasibility.

Conducting thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation in the product suite.

Assisting the UX Designer in creating intuitive and user-centered Figma prototypes for various product interfaces.

Providing support to Quality Assurance and Technical Support teams in prioritizing and resolving customer production incidents.

Effectively prioritizing the product backlog for Sprint Planning sessions, ensuring that the most valuable features are developed first.

Engaging in Scrum ceremonies to maintain a steady pace of development and ensure alignment with Agile methodologies.

Defining the scope for Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to ensure rapid delivery of product features that meet the core needs of our customers.

Collaborating with the Operations and Marketing teams to coordinate release schedules, and communicate upgrades and new feature details to customers in a timely manner.

Skill Set

Strong market research and analytical skills.

Experience in Agile & Scrum methodologies.

Ability to create and refine User Stories.

Knowledge of Figma for UX prototyping.

Strong collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams.

Ability to prioritize and manage product backlog.

Experience working with RFID, AI, SaaS, and e-commerce technologies.
