Senior Director, Technical Program Management - Fleethub

Role Overview

Senior Director of Program Management – Fleet Hub. Leads strategy, execution, and governance for Fleet Solutions, with ownership of Fleet Hub, KLA’s centralized fleet data aggregation, analytics, and monitoring platform.

• Own end‑to‑end portfolio strategy for Fleet Hub; develop platform roadmap and ensure long‑term scalability.
• Translate corporate and metrology strategy into multi‑year platform and capability roadmaps.
• Prioritize investment and manage trade‑offs across Fleet Hub capabilities.
• Lead program management for multi‑product, multi‑division initiatives spanning software platform development, tool integration, deployment, and sustainment.
• Establish program governance, operating cadence, performance metrics, and mitigate portfolio‑level risks.
• Oversee programs enabling fleet data aggregation, analytics, and operational enablement.
• Partner with engineering and service teams to convert fleet insights into actionable improvements.
• Align Fleet Hub priorities with multiple product divisions and drive executive consensus.
• Represent Fleet Hub in executive reviews, business planning, and strategic forums.
• Engage customers to translate fleet‑level needs into platform priorities.
• Build and mentor a senior program management organization.
• Travel internationally as required (up to ~15–20%).

• Extensive experience delivering complex, multi‑disciplinary systems (software platforms, data pipelines, analytics, hardware integration).
• Strong understanding of semiconductor capital equipment, fab operations, and service environments.
• Experience leading shared platforms or infrastructure across multiple products.
• Proven success leading large, matrixed organizations and influencing outcomes across divisions.
• Track record of portfolio‑level program execution with significant business, customer, and operational impact.
• Executive‑level communication and influence skills.

• Doctorate with 12+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s with 15+ years, or Bachelor’s with 18+ years (Semiconductor capital equipment, software platforms, or data‑driven systems).

Range: $238,500 – $417,400 annually. Primary location:
Milpitas, CA, USA.
