- Support business growth initiatives by identifying opportunities, contributing to account strategies, and helping drive bookings and revenue goals.
- Operate with resilience and adaptability—successfully navigate ambiguity, shifting priorities, and high‑pressure situations with a positive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
- Apply value‑based selling—develop a strong understanding of KLA’s product portfolio and how our solutions create impact for customers.
- Track market and competitors—build awareness of competitive positioning to support stronger customer engagement and win strategies.
- Contribute to forecasting efforts—support short‑ and long‑term opportunity tracking and pipeline management.
- Assist in deal execution—participate in negotiations and help move opportunities forward to close.
- Ensure operational execution—help coordinate across teams to remove barriers related to bookings, shipments, and revenue plans.
- Support customer engagement—coordinate product demos, customer visits, and internal/external meetings.
- Build relationships—develop strong working relationships with internal teams and customer stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Exposure to or experience in semiconductor capital equipment, ideally inspection or metrology; strong interest in learning the space is essential.
- Background in sales, business development, marketing, or applications engineering within technology or semiconductor‑related industries.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret business and market data.
- Ability to learn quickly and apply insights to support business strategy and execution.
- Clear and effective communication and presentation skills.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to manage priorities and follow through on commitments.
- Experience supporting or working with global customers is a plus, especially exposure to the Korea market.
- Korean language skills are beneficial but not required.
- Willing to travel up to 20% international.

Minimum Qualifications- Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience.
- Master’s Level Degree and 3 years related work experience.
- Bachelor’s Level Degree and 5 years related work experience.
