Meet the Team:
The Cisco Cloud Control team is building the platform foundation that brings Cisco's cloud-managed and controller-based products together into a unified customer experience. Our work spans product strategy, platform architecture, identity, onboarding, topology, supportability, compliance, security, and cross-product integrations. We partner closely with engineering, security, legal, compliance, CX, TAC, GTM, and product teams across Cisco to ensure Cloud Control can scale for enterprise, regulated, sovereign, and global customers.
This is a high-impact team operating at the intersection of product strategy, platform execution, customer trust, and market access. The work is sophisticated, cross-functional, and highly visible, with direct impact on how customers adopt, deploy, and trust Cisco Cloud Control.
Your Impact:
You will lead the market access, compliance, and certification roadmap for Cisco Cloud Control to enable global enterprise and public sector adoption. By driving cross-functional teamwork across engineering, security, and legal, you will deliver critical capabilities like regional expansion and audit readiness. You will translate sophisticated regulatory requirements, such as SOC 2 and FedRAMP, into actionable technical achievements and product features.
Managing a comprehensive compliance matrix, you will supervise certification coverage, data residency, and remediation plans across the platform. You will also partner with platform teams to resolve foundational blockers related to tenant onboarding, access control, and operational readiness. Finally, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to leadership, framing trade-offs and prioritizing investments to meet security and market expectations at scale.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of related experience, Master's degree with 8+ years of related experience, or PhD with 5+ years of related experience.
* 8+ years of product management, technical product management, platform product management, or equivalent experience with cloud, SaaS, enterprise software, public sector, or infrastructure platforms.
* Experience translating security, compliance, legal, regulatory, data residency, or regional market access requirements into product requirements, engineering roadmaps, and delivery achievements.
* Experience working with cross-functional engineering, security, legal, compliance, operations, support, and GTM teams to deliver platform capabilities.
* Experience with cloud platform concepts such as identity, RBAC, tenant management, data retention, data residency, logging, audit ability, support workflows, regional deployment, or sovereign cloud requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with compliance and certification programs such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, State
RAMP, GDPR, data residency, sovereign cloud, or regulated-market readiness.
* Experience driving in-country or in-region compliance requirements for global SaaS/cloud platforms across markets such as the EU, Australia, India, Japan, Korea, or other regulated jurisdictions.
* Experience maintaining compliance matrices, certification roadmaps, gap assessments, remediation plans, or trust packages across multiple products or cloud services.
* Strong technical depth in platform architecture, security controls, identity systems, customer onboarding, telemetry, observability, audit evidence, and operational support models.
* Ability to influence senior partners, resolve cross-organizational blockers, and drive alignment across product, engineering, security, legal, compliance, CX, public sector, and GTM teams.
