Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Generative AI Engineer with at least two years of experience in the field of artificial intelligence. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and deep learning, along with a strong passion for pushing the boundaries of AI research and development.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Solution Development:
Design, develop, and optimize advanced AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems across various domains such as natural language processing, Gen AI components, computer vision, recommendation systems, and reinforcement learning.

Data Preprocessing and Analysis:
Work with large-scale datasets, preprocess the data, and perform in-depth analysis to derive meaningful insights, patterns, and trends for AI model training.

Model Training and Evaluation:
Develop and train AI models using cutting-edge machine learning and deep learning frameworks, and continuously refine and optimize these models to achieve superior performance.

Research and Innovation:
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the AI field and contribute to the company's innovation by exploring and implementing novel techniques and methodologies.

Integration and Deployment:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into existing products and systems, ensuring seamless deployment and functionality.

Performance Tuning:
Fine-tune AI models to improve efficiency, accuracy, and resource utilization, considering both online and offline performance metrics.

Code and Documentation:
Maintain clear and concise documentation of AI models, algorithms, and implementation details, as well as contribute to the creation of technical documents and user guides.

Collaborative Teamwork:
Work collaboratively with the AI development team, data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality and scalable AI solutions.

Hands-on with GCP capabilities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

• Minimum of two years of professional experience in the field of AI, with hands-on experience in developing AI models and algorithms.
• Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with AI frameworks such as Tensor Flow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Solid understanding of machine learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, as well as deep learning architectures like CNNs, RNNs, and Transformers.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and libraries, computer vision algorithms, and reinforcement learning is a plus.
• Ability to preprocess and analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Pandas, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for AI model deployment is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and result-oriented approach.
