Job Title:
Technical Program Manager (TPM) – Data Platform & Analytics
Location:
Milpitas, CA - 5 days onsite
Duration: 12+ months
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of Program or Project Management experience leading complex enterprise initiatives.
- Proven experience delivering SAP ERP or SAP S/4
HANA transformation programs, enterprise data platforms, analytics solutions, or large-scale digital transformation initiatives. - Strong understanding of SAP business processes across one or more domains such as Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Revenue, Manufacturing, or Finance.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
- Expertise in program governance, dependency management, risk management, and executive communications.
- Experience with Jira, Agile delivery methodologies, and enterprise-scale program management.
- Strong communication, leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments with competing priorities and ambiguity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA or related SAP Data and Analytics ecosystems.
- Experience with Databricks Lakehouse Platform or similar modern enterprise data platforms.
- Familiarity with Data Governance, Data Quality, Master Data Management, Medallion Architecture, and enterprise analytics platforms.
- Experience supporting AI, Gen AI, or advanced analytics initiatives.
- Understanding of Azure, GCP, or AWS cloud environments.
- PMP certification preferred.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field required.
- MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
