Project Manager​/Social Media Manager

• Be knowledgeable about social publishing and asset management platforms
• Would be great if they had experience setting up either Sprinklr or Percolate in the past
• Be able to project manage the portal migration from start to finish, including:
• Create a master project plan and timeline
• Handle comms with global social leads and conduct initial stakeholder deep-dives to understand how each user leverages the systems and what modules they need, number of assets requiring relocation, etc.
• Construct an asset library infrastructure
• Construct a training plan and schedule regional trainings for LATAM / US / EMEA / APAC
• Interface with both Sprinklr
  /
  Percolate as needed during the migration (working with outside agencies)
• Set up basic reporting dashboards for global consistency
• Help determine configuration and rules engine requirements as needed

• Experience with Social Media Management platforms, including Sprinklr and Percolate
• Experience working with asset management
