Service Now ITOM Senior Consultant – Hybrid (Milpitas, CA / Ann Arbor, MI)

Our client is a leading organization within the Service Now ecosystem and has an immediate requirement for a contract Service Now ITOM Senior Consultant. This will be an initial 6‑month contract and will be a hybrid working role in Milpitas, CA or Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Qualifications- Service Now – 8+ years (ESSENTIAL)
- CMDB, ITOM, ITAM
- Data architecture, CI modeling, service mapping
- Discovery, Mid Server design, integration, automation
- Scripting, Java Script
- Service Now certified CSA, CIS, CAD, CTA preferred
- AIOps and AI
- Degree
The role will involve architecture, roadmaps, delivery, CMDB, CSM, SIR, ITSM, ITAM, integrations, custom development, discovery, service mapping, event management, AIOps, security, predictive intelligence, virtual agent, AI Search, Now Assist, configuration and code reviews.
CompensationRate – $70–80 per hour
