HANA / ECC OTC Lead (Order to Cash) – Onsite | Milpitas, CA

Simarn Solutions is seeking an experienced SAP S/4

HANA / ECC Order to Cash (OTC) Lead to join a large enterprise SAP transformation program. This is a client-facing leadership role requiring strong functional expertise in SAP OTC processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead end-to-end Order to Cash initiatives across SAP S/4

HANA and ECC environments.

• Lead the SAP Order to Cash (OTC) workstream for SAP S/4
  
  HANA/ECC implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
• Drive end-to-end OTC business processes, including:
• Pricing & Billing
• Credit Management
• Accounts Receivable
• Provide functional leadership and mentorship to onsite and offshore teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional integration with other SAP modules.
• Identify opportunities for business process improvements and optimization.
• Lead issue resolution, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Act as the primary functional contact for business users and client leadership.

• 10+ years of SAP functional experience with a strong focus on Order to Cash (OTC).
• Hands-on experience in both SAP S/4
  
  HANA and SAP ECC
  .
• Deep understanding of:
• Order Management
• Credit Management
• Accounts Receivable
• Experience leading SAP implementation, rollout, or transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP integrations and cross-module dependencies.
• Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments is highly preferred.

Onsite role (Hybrid flexibility may be considered based on project needs).
