Role
Title:
SAP S/4
HANA / ECC – Order to Cash (OTC) Lead
- Strong functional expertise in Order to Cash (OTC) processes
- Hands-on experience in both SAP S/4
HANA and ECC environments - Ability to lead end-to-end OTC cycle including:
- Order management
- Pricing & billing
- Credit management
- Accounts receivable
- Experience in driving business process improvements and transformations
- Strong stakeholder communication and client-facing skills
- 10+ years (preferred for Lead role)
- Lead OTC track for SAP programs (implementation / rollout / support)
- Work with business stakeholders to define requirements and solutions
- Provide functional guidance to offshore/onshore teams
- Support integrations and cross-module dependencies
- Drive issue resolution and process optimization
- Preferred:
San Disk / Milpitas (or specify based on need) - Flexibility for onsite / hybrid
Additional Notes:
- Strong communication is critical (client-facing role)
