Group/Division

With over 40 years of semiconductor process control experience, chipmakers around the globe rely on KLA to ensure that their fabs ramp next-generation devices to volume production quickly and cost-effectively. Enabling the movement towards advanced chip design, KLA's Global Products Group (GPG), which is responsible for creating all of KLA's metrology and inspection products, is looking for the best and the brightest research scientist, software engineers, application development engineers, and senior product technology process engineers.

The RAPID division is the world leading provider of reticle inspection solutions for the semiconductor industry. The company provides inspection solutions to both the mask shops and the semiconductor fabs to ensure that lithography yields are consistently high thus enabling cost-effective manufacturing.

Job Description /Preferred Qualifications

The role of an ECO Analyst is responsible for driving effective Engineering Change Order (ECO) execution across the organization while ensuring data integrity, procedural compliance, and efficient system integration. The position serves as a key change management partner, supporting accurate documentation, system alignment, and continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.

Job Description:

* Ensure ECOs are audited for conformity to standard operation procedures and within the system rules of Enovia and SAP master data.

* Advise on best practices for documenting changes on new and existing products.

* Ensure data integrity between systems (PLM, ERP, MES, etc) throughout the change cycle.

* Lead continuous improvement efforts of ECO and other related practices.

* Analyze and track ECO submissions to minimize processing time between submission and implementation.

* Analyze ECOs for system/business impacts, material dispositions, and optimal execution strategy.

* Help with training ECO writers and approvers on Corporate ECO standard

* Subject matter expert for ECO, PLM applications and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Thorough understanding of change management and configuration management practices and Configuration Control rules and their implementation.

* Ability to operate efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment

* Strong attention to details and uncompromising dedication to quality

* Superior verbal and written communication skills

* Exceptional organization skills

* Demonstrated analytical abilities with strong attention to detail

* Excellent follow-through

* Must be driven and self-motivated as well as a team player

* Microsoft Office suite expertise

* PLM and ERP experience (Enovia and SAP Preferred)

* Bachelor's Level Degree or work experience of 3-5 years

Minimum Qualifications

Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience;
Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years;
Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years

Base Pay Range: $83,000.00 - $ Annually
