Scale Flux is a leader in computational storage and data infrastructure solutions, delivering innovative technology that improves the performance, efficiency, and economics of modern data centers. Headquartered in the United States, Scale Flux operates globally with engineering, operations, and business teams supporting leading enterprise and cloud customers.

Position Summary

The ERP Systems – Senior Analyst is a hands‑on member of Scale Flux's Finance team responsible for supporting our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) platform as we bring our international entities onto a common system and drive ongoing process automation across Finance and the other business functions. This role works on configuration, data migration, and testing, while partnering directly with finance and business users to make sure the system fits how the business actually operates.

The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, dependable, and comfortable working with different systems in a fast‑paced technology company. This individual will work closely with Finance colleagues, international accounting teams, and the implementation partner to resolve system issues, improve process efficiency, and maintain accurate supporting documentation.

Key Responsibilities System Configuration & Migration
  • Support configuration, testing, and data migration activities for D365 F&O across our international entities, working closely with the implementation partner and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with data mapping, cleansing, and reconciliation during migration from legacy systems to D365 F&O.
  • Support UAT planning, defect triage, and go‑live readiness activities for international rollouts.
  • Provide post‑go‑live support: troubleshooting, minor enhancements, and continuous improvement of the platform.
Requirements & Business Partnership
  • Gather and document finance and business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and configuration within D365 F&O.
  • Work directly with finance and business users to understand pain points and translate them into system requirements.
  • Coordinate with international finance teams and the US finance team to keep processes and controls consistent across entities.
  • Partner with Payroll, Procurement, Accounts Payable, and other teams to obtain accurate and timely system information.
Process Automation & Controls
  • Identify and help build process automation improvements across accounts payable, procure‑to‑pay, order‑to‑cash, and month‑end close.
  • Support documentation and testing needed for SOX/ITGC controls (access, segregation of duties, change management, interfaces, data integrity) to help the system pass internal and external audit review.
  • Prepare schedules and supporting documentation for external audits and other system‑related reviews.
  • Maintain functional documentation: process flows, configuration notes, test scripts, and training materials for end users.
  • Document system procedures and maintain clear desk‑level instructions for assigned responsibilities.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify recurring system tasks and improve process efficiency.
Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or Dynamics AX).
  • Solid functional knowledge of core D365 F&O finance modules (GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, cash and bank management).
  • Experience supporting data migration activities, including extraction, cleansing, mapping, load, and reconciliation.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently, investigate issues, and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders.
Preferred
  • Experience in a technology, semiconductor, hardware, and/or multinational company.
  • Exposure to international finance operations or multi‑entity environments; familiarity with China‑based / India‑based operations and Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
  • Working familiarity with SOX/ITGC control concepts and comfort supporting audit documentation and testing.
  • Experience with process automation/workflow tools in or around D365 F&O (Power Automate, Power BI, or similar).
