Sr. Supply Chain Specialist

The Sr. Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for supporting and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure efficient material flow, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery. This role partners closely with Purchasing, Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Sales teams to coordinate supply chain activities and support operational goals.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and analytical, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. This position plays a key role in driving continuous improvement, enhancing supply chain efficiency, and supporting customer satisfaction.

• Support inventory planning, material requirements planning (MRP), and work scheduling to ensure timely material availability and production flow.
• Maintain pricing data and perform statistical analysis to support cost control and informed decision-making.
• Coordinate global transportation and logistics activities to support inbound and outbound shipments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, and other departments to align supply chain activities.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders regarding supply chain status, timelines, and requirements.
• Support data accuracy and basic database management related to inventory, pricing, and supply chain reporting.
• Perform additional supply chain–related tasks and projects as assigned.

• Master’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 6 - 8 years of experience in supply chain, planning, procurement, or related operational roles.
• Working knowledge of supply chain operations, inventory management, and material planning processes.
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) systems; SAP (MM and PP integration) preferred.
• General understanding of computer hardware and related components is a plus.
• Familiarity with database concepts and data management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and support reporting or dashboards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing workloads while meeting deadlines.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented team player with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, including basic presentation abilities.
