Job DescriptionESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the owner for all logistics functions including order fulfillment and freight management for the entire region for revenue attainment and maximization.
- Drive continued improvement and identify cost saving opportunities with all logistics service providers.
- Drive close integration between logistics operations and rest of the supply chain to achieve end‑to‑end operation efficiency.
- Manage, coach and develop a high performing team to meet above goals.
- Support new business initiatives, process changes and projects by collaborating cross functionally with Sales, Planning, BU, IT and Finance partners.
- Represent Global Logistics for all internal audits and single point of contact for all audit related activities.
- Lead supplier scorecard and supplier business review process.
- Lead freight market trend analysis and provide regular update to senior leadership team.
- Lead Logistics sustainability initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in any field. Supply Chain, Economics, Business an advantage.
- Minimum 10 years solid experience in Order Fulfilment, Freight Management and related field.
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Possess a good understanding of Logistics Operation, supply Chain and Warehousing.
- A degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Business is an advantage.
- Good knowledge and exposure in Logistics & Warehousing environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication in English and Chinese language.
- Well‑versed in SAP, Oracle, Windows applications.
- Highly driven and independent.
- Able to travel alone.
- Possesses logical & systematic approach to work.
- Strong analytical ability, able to make decisions and solve problems, think laterally and offer solutions.
- Highly flexible and able to adapt, manage and embrace change.
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to lead a team.
- Able to work in a highly‑dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal, oral, written and presentation English skills.
- Has a positive attitude, support diversity.
