Coordinate end-to-end freight movements across air, ocean, truckload, LTL, parcel, and intermodal shipments.;
Ensure timely pickup, transit, and delivery by monitoring shipment statuses and troubleshooting exceptions such as delays, damages, and capacity constraints.;
Prepare and validate shipping documents including commercial invoices, packing lists, and export paperwork.;
Communicate shipment schedules and updates to internal stakeholders.;
Serve as the day-to-day contact for freight forwarders, carriers, 3PLs, and customs brokers.
