Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical engineer to join Sandisk’s Supply Chain Planning organization. In this role, you will sup portend‑to‑end planning and execution by translating business requirements, supply constraints, and operational realities into actionable, data‑driven plans. You will work across multiple planning horizons and collaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive alignment, operational efficiency, and informed decision‑making.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Analyze demand, supply, capacity, and inventory data to identify imbalances, risks, and opportunities across short‑, mid‑, and longer‑term planning horizons
Develop and evaluaterange- and scenario‑based plansto assess trade‑offs related to capacity, yield, inventory, and service levels
Drive actions to optimizematerial and resource utilizationin support of revenue, margin, and service objectives
Own forecast performance and drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy
Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify and addressmaterial, capacity, and operational constraints, ensuring plans are executable and aligned
Support business and operations reviews by translating complex planning data intoclear insights, options, and recommendations
Serve as a key liaison across Business Units, Operations, Planning, and Finance to ensure alignment between strategic objectives and execution plans
Leverage advanced planning systems and analytical tools to enableconstraint‑based planning and data‑driven decision‑making
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve planning accuracy, reduce manual effort, and enhance operational efficiency
Support process standardization and documentation to improve planning clarity, transparency, and scalability

Qualifications
Required:
Required

Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field; or Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience
Experience in planning, operations, or supply chain analyticswithin a manufacturing or complex supply environment
Knowledge or hands‑on experience with Advanced Planning Systems(e.g., i2 / Blue Yonder, Anaplan)
Strong understanding of end‑to‑end planning concepts, including demand–supply balancing and constraint management
