Job SummaryFlex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling Spin Co, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Spin Co, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission‑critical applications.
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Supply Chain Analyst 2 to our Global Procurement & Supply Chain organization.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Supply Chain Analyst 2 will play a key role in supporting strategic supply chain initiatives, materials management, cost optimization, and supplier performance. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with customers, suppliers, sourcing teams, and operations to drive material availability, improve supply chain efficiency, and support business growth through data‑driven analysis and strategic decision‑making.
The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex supply chain challenges, analyzing trends, and collaborating across multiple functions to deliver results.
- Analyze material, sourcing, and supply chain data to support strategic decision‑making, identify trends, and drive operational improvements.
- Partner with sourcing, operations, suppliers, and customers to support pricing strategies, cost reduction initiatives, and supply assurance plans.
- Monitor materials performance metrics, including purchase price variance (PPV), inventory, supplier delivery performance, and supply chain risks, implementing corrective actions when needed.
- Support customer supply chain activities by conducting material cost reviews, reconciling inventory and pricing impacts, and identifying opportunities to improve gross material margins.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and business analyses to provide visibility into supply chain performance and support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend business solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain, materials management, sourcing, commodity management, finance, or a related field.
- Experience supporting supply chain planning, procurement, materials management, inventory control, or supplier management activities.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of cost accounting principles, supply chain processes, inventory management, and supplier performance metrics.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- APICS/CPIM, CPSM, CPM, or similar supply chain certification is preferred.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing or a high‑volume manufacturing environment is preferred.
