Senior Production Planner

• Own production planning for service parts, repairs, spare components, and option kits
• Convert forecasts into production, procurement, and inventory plans
• Balance customer demand, inventory targets, material availability, and manufacturing capacity
• Identify and resolve supply shortages, inventory risks, and planning constraints
• Partner with Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, Logistics, and Service teams to ensure parts availability and customer support
• Participate in S&OP, Supply Reviews, inventory planning, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Serve as the SAP planning SME, supporting planning processes, master data governance, and system enhancements
• Support Power BI reporting, data validation, root cause analysis, and data quality improvements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain planning, materials planning, or manufacturing operations
• 5+ years of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4
  
  HANA experience supporting planning functions
• Strong knowledge of Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), Inventory Management (IM), and MRP
• Experience translating forecasts into production, procurement, and inventory plans
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and data analysis
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills
• Preferred: 8+ years of planning and supply chain experience in medical device, biotechnology, life sciences, diagnostics, or high-tech manufacturing
• Preferred:
  Experience supporting service parts, aftermarket, repair materials, upgrade programs, and installed-base products
• Preferred:
  Advanced SAP expertise including Material Masters, BOMs, Routings, Production Versions, and MRP strategies
• Preferred:
  Power BI experience, including report administration and troubleshooting
• Preferred:
  Working knowledge of SQL, Power Query, DAX, and data modeling
• Preferred: APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD)
• Preferred:
  Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, or business transformation projects
• Preferred:
  Knowledge of GMP, ISO 13485, FDA, or other regulated manufacturing environments

Demonstrates expertise in production planning, supply chain management, and inventory optimization, with a strong focus on SAP planning processes and advanced data analysis skills. Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure parts availability and support customer needs in regulated manufacturing environments.
