Facilities Associate

Monitor and maintain facility support systems such as chillers, air compressors, water pumps, air handlers, and cooling towers.

Handle facility-related requests including room temperature adjustments, furniture placement, and office equipment setup.

Respond to facility emergencies such as leaks or malfunctioning appliances.

Coordinate with service contractors for scheduled maintenance and repair of facility equipment.

Support general facility-related tasks across different environments including clean rooms, service yards, and rooftops.

Experience working with facility equipment such as chillers, air handlers, air compressors, pumps, and electrical systems.

Knowledge of using hand tools and test equipment such as a digital voltmeter (DVM).

Basic proficiency in software tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work in varied environments including clean rooms and outdoor areas.

Base salary range (Bay Area): $43 to $47 per hour.

Full-time roles may include equity and additional benefits as part of the total compensation package.

Compensation may vary based on experience, education, location, and business needs.
