Work Schedule: Hybrid - Location: Milpitas, CA

Pay range: $75-$83/hr.

Working Hours: Standard working hours, for example: 8 AM-5 PM PST.

This person will need to be flexible with hours.

Travel: No travel

Duties:

Oversees designated projects. Plan and develop strategy, including defining the goals and timeline for project(s) they supervise. Coordinate, document, and assign tasks for the project team and provide the team with? direction and support. Manage the budget, timeline, and resources for the project. Monitor problems, provide solutions, and implement changes as necessary to ensure the project timeline is followed. Regularly reports the progress to the stakeholders.

May report to a senior project manager.

Strong leadership ability is required. Typically requires field work in overseeing projects. Manage and communicate ongoing changes in tasks, goals, or performance. Participate in client meetings, contract finalization, and development of requirements and specifications. Manage project budget to reach revenue, cost, and profit targets. Assign resources to projects and project objectives and monitor progress. Develop project plans and facilitate resolution of all issues to reach project goals.

Specific to assignment:

• Based on business needs, reviews digital solution market offerings and assist in the preparation of RFP/RFQ documentation for digital support solution evaluation (across a variety of problem statements/digital solution offerings), participates in RFQ/RFP activities as needed.
• Regularly reviews operational insights from multiple sources, collates insights, and identify high level takeaways for program manager evaluation.
• Serves as tactical project management support for PM resources, working with internal and partner resources to drive project execution. Advanced Jira project management skillset desired.
• Attends all digital strategy project meetings, and creates/manages development of canonical project documentation for all digital strategy initiatives, inclusive but not limited to; business case, business requirements, project plan, process flows, RACI matrices documentation, etc.
• Contributes to the development and implementation of conversational get-help content strategies that synergizes with the respective customer journey.

Skills:

• Detailed organization and project tracking
• Able to influence without authority
• Oracle Digital and WeChat Program Assistant Implementation Experience
• (Bonus) Ideally possesses Mandarin speaking skills

Education:

• BA/BS or Equivalent Experience
• 5-10 years in project leadership role for consumer facing digital strategy solutions
