Technical Project Manager- Software

As a Software Engineering Project Manager, you will drive and manage software End-to-End Product Lifecycle Planning, Program Execution and Performance Management for products and services throughout the product lifecycle process (PLC).

• Lead and manage the end-to-end software product lifecycle
  , including planning, execution, launch, production ramp, and continuous improvement.
• Manage technical projects for next-generation Laser Scan programs and other advanced software products.
• Partner with internal and external customers to define product requirements, system requirements, and subsystem deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Software Engineering, Product Management, R&D/CTO, Operations, Supply Chain, Service, and Marketing
  .
• Drive collaboration between engineering teams to solve complex technical challenges and deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Support the development and implementation of leading technologies and AI-based solutions to address targeted customer use cases.
• Coordinate the integration of software and system subsystems and ensure solutions meet defined technical and performance requirements.
• Ensure projects deliver against committed performance, quality, schedule, and production objectives

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, dependencies, critical paths, and key deliverables.
• Identify project risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints; develop mitigation plans and drive timely resolution.
• Monitor project progress and proactively adjust plans based on technical, business, or customer requirements.
• Provide clear, timely, and objective project status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Build strong relationships across engineering and business organizations through collaboration, influence, and negotiation.
• Support product launch, production ramp, and ongoing improvement of released products.
• Establish and promote project management best practices across each phase of the Product Lifecycle (PLC).
• Collaborate with PLC core team members to share best practices, identify dependencies, and improve processes across programs.

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience in technical project management, software engineering, program management, or product development
  .
• Strong understanding of software development processes and product lifecycle management
  .
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional technical projects from definition through launch.
• Ability to work effectively with software engineers, product managers, R&D teams, customers, and business stakeholders.
• Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience working with AI, machine learning, automation, or other emerging technologies is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, dependency management, and critical-path analysis.
• Demonstrated experience with risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution
  .
• Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
