Production Supervisor located in Milpitas, CA
.

Reporting to the Operation Managers
, the Associate
Production Supervisor is responsible for directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality, and cost goals.

Swing shift: 2:30pm - 11:00pm

• Overseeing operations in a clean room environment.
• Planning for employee resources and equipment needs.
• Supervising a team of 30-40 employees.
• Engaging with the engineering team and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Driving initiatives to enhance processes and efficiency.

• Experience in planning for employee resources and equipment.
• Proven experience managing a team of 30-40 employees.
• Background in product development within a manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrates expertise in complex functional/technical area or broad breadth of knowledge in multiple areas;
  Demonstrates advanced people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
