Quality Control Inspector

Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour

Role Overview

As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring products meet established quality, reliability, and workmanship standards before moving through production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform visual inspections of electronic cards, subassemblies, systems, and units
  • Use gauges, templates, microscopes, and manufacturing aids to verify specifications
  • Confirm all required process operations have been completed prior to inspection
  • Accurately enter quality data into electronic and manual tracking systems
  • Identify, document, and communicate unusual defects or low process yields
  • Provide timely feedback to manufacturing teams on non‑conforming products
  • Complete all inspection‑related documentation accurately
  • Conduct process audits and assist with the interpretation of quality standards
  • Support the disposition of non‑conforming materials and products
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a production or quality environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to stand, move, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Reliable work ethic and team‑oriented mindset
Assembler

Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Role Overview

Assemblers are responsible for keeping production lines running efficiently by assembling components, following work instructions, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the build process.

Assembly & Production Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret work orders, assembly drawings, schematics, and instructions
  • Position, align, and secure parts using jigs, fixtures, and holding devices
  • Assemble electronic components using crimping, soldering, staking, riveting, welding, bolting, press‑fitting, and bonding techniques
  • Mount components onto circuit boards, racks, cabinets, and units
  • Install polarized and non‑polarized components accurately
  • Perform intermediate assembly tasks, including cleaning, curing, sanding, stamping, and labeling
Inspection, Testing, and Quality
  • Perform in‑process inspections and go/no‑go testing
  • Inspect SMT and PTH solder joints for defects
  • Identify, document, and enter defect data into shop floor systems
  • Perform basic rework, touch‑up, and removal as needed
  • Collect and record data using SPC charts
  • Complete documentation for conforming and non‑conforming materials
Systems, Equipment, and Process Support
  • Assemble complex systems by integrating multiple subassemblies into rack systems
  • Install multi‑level subassemblies with complex configurations
  • Prepare pallets and setup kits for incoming shifts
  • Set up workstations with proper tools, documentation, and materials
  • Operate production equipment and assist with basic preventive maintenance
  • Support light physical tasks such as adjusting conveyor widths
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of assembly or manufacturing experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and machinery
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Commitment to safety and teamwork
