Perform hand soldering and touch-up rework for SMT and through-hole components, including jumper wires, following IPC-A-610 standards.;
Remove and install components based on ECO, Process Deviation, and MPI instructions using appropriate soldering techniques.;
Install and hand solder all second operation and SMT parts as required per MPI and deviation processes.;
Adapt to working on all SMT and T/H components as needed to meet production goals.;
Maintain safety practices, handle materials properly, and ensure ESD protocols are followed.
