Job Summary
The Chemical Technician is responsible for handling chemicals, solutions, and chemical waste safely, performing cleaning operations on critical parts, maintaining production records, taking measurements for critical dimensions, and working in a cleanroom environment. The position requires attention to detail, adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standards, and collaboration within a team to meet customer delivery schedules.

- Prefer to have a certificate or associate’s degree in chemical technology or a related field such as chemical process engineering
- Laboratory experience or equivalent experience working with chemicals is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to follow instructions, handle delicate parts and equipment, and work with hazardous materials
- Pride in work and a quality orientation
- Comfortable using computers for various workflows
- Regularly communicate with the Production Lead and teammates on daily assignments and report any discrepancies or relevant production information
- Works frequently with the Manufacturing Director to improve quality and processes
- Physical Demands:
Must stand, walk, use hands to handle and feel, talk, hear, and smell; lift or move up to 30 pounds on a repetitive basis; maintain close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus, especially during inspection operations. - Work Environment:
Wet or humid conditions, extreme cold and heat (non‑weather related), moving mechanical parts, moderate noise levels, and occasional non‑standard hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
