Senior Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for ensuring production meets customer delivery commitments while maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will drive operational efficiency, optimize resources, and foster a safe, compliant, and high-performing workplace.

Location: Milpitas, CA (100% onsite)

Salary: $130,000/YR

• Drive production output to meet or exceed customer delivery requirements aligned with the master production schedule
• Improve throughput, reduce costs, and maintain high quality standards
• Ensure a safe workplace by enforcing safety procedures and environmental compliance
• Develop and maintain work instructions and operating procedures
• Optimize workforce and equipment utilization to achieve productivity goals
• Monitor throughput per work order against capacity and production plans
• Implement lean manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce overtime
• Partner cross-functionally and with customers to identify process improvements
• Engage directly with customers to ensure expectations are consistently met
• Produce and analyze production reports (daily, monthly, quarterly)
• Ensure compliance with ISO, IPC, J-STD, and other quality standards
• Develop real-time production dashboards to track performance and priorities
• Support training programs and maintain a "3-deep" cross-trained workforce
• Enforce 5S standards across all production areas
• Uphold ethical standards and company code of conduct
• Identify and elevate operational risks to leadership

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• 8-10 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role
• Background in Manufacturing, EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services), or SMT preferred
