General Laborer Milpitas, CA (Contract)

Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

As a General Laborer, you will play a critical role in supporting daily production and facility operations. Your focus will be on material handling, quality inspection, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. This role is essential to ensuring smooth workflow and upholding quality standards in a fast‑paced industrial setting.

• Sort and inspect boxes for quality, identifying non‑conforming materials.
• Assist with purging and organizing confidential materials in the prepress department.
• Load material and waste bins onto semi‑trucks for transport.
• Maintain facility cleanliness through sweeping, painting touch‑ups, and general housekeeping.
• Consistently follow safety and facility procedures to ensure a secure working environment.

• Physical, active role with good stamina and attention to detail.
• Experience in warehouse or production settings preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred, but not mandatory.
• Basic computer literacy preferred.
