Test Technician

Our client, an industry leader in electronics manufacturing services, is seeking a dedicated Test Technician to join their team. As a Test Technician, you will be part of the industrial department supporting the electronics manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Day Shift (6:00 AM-2:30 PM)

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform 5DX, ICT, and FCT testing of PCBA components to ensure quality standards are met.

+ Follow Test Process Instructions accurately to maintain consistency and reliability in testing procedures.

+ Identify components and interpret quality control specifications during testing processes.

+ Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting tight deadlines.

+ Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve testing issues promptly.

** What's Needed?*
* + Prior experience as a Test Operator in a PCBA electronics manufacturing environment.

+ At least three years of work experience in PCBA manufacturing or contract electronics manufacturing industry.

+ Knowledge of Test Process Instructions and electronics components.

+ Ability to interpret quality control specifications and identify electronic components.

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
