Production Assemble Technician II

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in medical devices, is seeking a Production Assemble Technician II to join their team. As a Production Assemble Technician II, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Milpitas, CA

Pay Range: $25

Shift: Day

What's the Job?

  • Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, and written instructions to accurately assemble equipment and products.
  • Use standard hand tools such as pliers, torque drivers, torque wrenches, and screwdrivers to perform assembly tasks.
  • Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specified quality standards and report any issues to management.
  • Rework and repair assembled equipment and products based on engineering specification updates.
  • Assemble wiring harnesses, cabling, and electrical connections in accordance with drawings, schematics, and procedures, adhering to ESD controls when handling sensitive components.

What's Needed?

  • Basic communication skills, including reading, writing, and verbal communication.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and prints accurately.
  • Manual dexterity to assemble products quickly and precisely.
  • Basic computer skills, including data entry and navigation of computer applications such as ERP systems.
  • Minimum of 3 years of mechanical assembly or equivalent experience.
