SMT Operator Lead

Location: Milpitas, CA

Pay Range: $27.00-$28.00/hr

Shift: Swing Shift (2:30 pm – 11 pm) / Day Shift (6 am – 2:30 pm)

• Oversee SMT and set‑up areas to ensure smooth production flow.
• Set up and operate programmable screen printers, SMT placement machines, and reflow ovens.
• Assist in training operators on SMT and related equipment.
• Manage priorities and workflow in accordance with the production schedule.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and proper use of controlled product documents.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Lead in electronics contract manufacturing, specifically in PCBA and SMT.
• At least 5 years of experience operating SMT screen printers and pick‑and‑place machines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with mechanical tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, and wrenches is a plus.
• Familiarity with DEK
  265 Printer, Fuji CP643E, CP65E, GSM2, HELLER Oven.
