ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for managing technical relationships with the assigned customer. FAE is the go‑to person as customer’s technical contacts.
• Own product qualifications, including customer specification collection, sample arrangement, technical issue management and effective customer communication.
• Provide on‑site and remote technical support for troubleshooting.
• Coordinate and work with cross‑functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Represent and advocate customer needs and priorities to internal teams.

• BS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 3.5 GPA
• Have desire to develop career in the storage industry
• Strong data analytic proficiency
• Effective communicator and interested in customer‑facing role
• Strong team player
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and software architectures
• Familiar with Windows and/or Linux systems

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good project management skills
