Perform hand soldering and touch-up rework for SMT and through-hole components following IPC-A-610 standards;
Execute rework based on ECOs, Process Deviations, and MPI instructions using appropriate solder and flux types;
Install and hand solder all second operation and SMT parts as required per MPI and deviation procedures;
Adapt to working on various SMT and through-hole components to meet production goals;
Maintain a clean and safe work environment with proper ESD and board handling practices
