Electronics Assembler​/System-Level Test Technician; Entry Mid Level

Duration: 12 months contract

We are seeking a hands‑on Electronics Assembler / System‑Level Test Technician to support the assembly, integration, testing, and troubleshooting of complex electromechanical systems in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building, testing, diagnosing, and solving technical problems while working with mechanical and electronic components.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, eager to learn, comfortable using hand tools, and capable of working independently after training.

• Assemble, integrate, and package electronic and electromechanical systems following work instructions and engineering documentation.
• Perform system‑level functional testing and validation of assembled products.
• Troubleshoot hardware, assembly, and system‑level issues, identifying root causes and supporting corrective actions.
• Use standard hand tools including screwdrivers, Allen keys, torque tools, and other assembly equipment.
• Assist with system packaging, handling, and movement of large assemblies and brackets.
• Follow manufacturing procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Accurately document test results, issues, and completed work.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve technical problems and improve processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• 1–5 years of experience in electronics assembly, electromechanical assembly, manufacturing, testing, or a related technical environment.
• Experience with or exposure to system‑level testing of electronic or electromechanical products.
• Passionate about building, fixing, and troubleshooting technical systems.
• Naturally curious with strong mechanical aptitude.
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable using common hand tools such as screwdrivers, Allen keys, wrenches, and similar equipment.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable handling large brackets, chassis, and system components during assembly and packaging.
• Ability to stand, bend, and work in a hands‑on manufacturing and testing environment for extended periods.

• Automotive repair, maintenance, or restoration.
• Motorcycle repair or custom builds.
• Robotics clubs or personal robotics projects.
• Mechanical fabrication or maker projects.
• DIY electronics or engineering hobby projects.
• Other hands‑on technical hobbies demonstrating strong mechanical aptitude.
