As a member of US Operations’ New Products Team, the successful Precision Stage ATE will perform hands‑on assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and resolution of diverse problems related to manufacturing reticle stages for KLA’s newest inspection systems. ATEs also help support continuous improvement efforts that drive MFG process improvements to cost, cycle‑time, and overall efficiency.
- Performs manufacturing of mechatronic sub‑assemblies and/or systems supporting precision reticle stages
- Assists in the set‑up, alignment, & calibration of sophisticated test equipment and processes
- Assists in improving manufacturing processes
- Ability to interpret technical drawings/procedures and use a variety of precision test & measurement equipment
- Previous hands‑on experience with semiconductor equipment, especially with precision motion control, optical‑mechanical alignment, and system‑level integration
- Strong problem‑solving & analytical skills to resolve technical challenges in manufacturing
- Ability to update documents for a repeatable Manufacturing Process
- Must have good interpersonal skills and work in a collaborative manner
Associates Degree or equivalent experience with minimum of 4 years proven manufacturing knowledge of precision mechatronics assemblies, or closely related work.
Compensation & BenefitsBase Pay Range: $28.85 – $49.04 per Hour. Primary location: USA‑CA‑Milpitas.
