Job Description # Manufacturing - Mfg. Tech 4
* Perform deposition work on wafers in a manufacturing environment.
* Follow cleanroom protocols at all times.
* Operate lab equipment and manufacturing tooling.
* Work with technicians and engineers during manufacturing operations.
* Conduct testing, packaging, and documentation after deposition processes.
* Perform data entry using Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Work independently while also collaborating with team members.
* Follow ISO-certified procedures and audit requirements.
* Lift materials and equipment as needed, with assistance devices available.
* Experience in a manufacturing or cleanroom environment.
* Strong computer literacy, including basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills for tasks like creating folders, moving files, and navigating computers.
* Basic math skills.
* Experience working with procedures and documentation.
* Knowledge of ESD practices.
* Familiarity with hand and machine tools.
* A strong troubleshooting mindset and the ability to think through problems independently.
* Good time management and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
* Capability to work both independently and in team environments.
* High attention to detail and a process-oriented approach.
* Experience with wafer handling.
* Experience with deposition processes.
