Senior Manufacturing Technician
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manufacturing Technician to support semiconductor wafer processing in a high-volume fabrication environment. This is a hands-on, senior-level technician role requiring extensive cleanroom experience, wafer handling expertise, and the ability to work independently after training. The ideal candidate has a strong semiconductor manufacturing background, excellent attention to detail, practical troubleshooting skills, and experience following strict manufacturing procedures and quality standards.
Responsibilities:- Perform hands-on semiconductor manufacturing processes within a cleanroom environment.
- Handle and process semiconductor wafers while following contamination control procedures.
- Operate deposition equipment and wafer processing tools according to established procedures.
- Perform equipment setup, operation, and basic programming after training.
- Monitor process performance and identify out-of-specification conditions.
- Troubleshoot process issues by making appropriate parameter adjustments and resolving basic manufacturing problems.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety requirements, and cleanroom protocols.
- Maintain accurate production records, process documentation, and manufacturing data using Excel and other tracking systems.
- 3+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience in a cleanroom or wafer fabrication environment.
- Experience handling semiconductor wafers and working with semiconductor processing equipment.
- Understanding of wafer fabrication processes and semiconductor manufacturing fundamentals.
- Experience operating manufacturing tools and production equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot process issues and make basic process adjustments.
