Opto Mechanical Technician Shift 2

Job Title

Looking for technician who can use Hand Tools and have Troubleshooting capabilities and must be comfortable working in clean room environment.

Building up systems side - experience w/ racks/ cable/ test/ software.

Hands off testing: calibration. Hands on:
Mechanical.

Rack assembly for front end builds.

Basic hand tools (screw drivers, wrenches, Torque wrenches, cutters, and Allen wrenches)

DVM

Cabling

Car mechanic would be good, I have a few of them on my team now

Past work experience that may assist them in performing this role.

Clean Room experience a must

Tests and troubleshoots assemblies and/or final systems

May complete rework on assemblies and/or systems because of testing.

Prepares technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems.

May assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment.

1-3 years optical/mechanical sub-assembly experience

Ability to troubleshoot assemblies, resulting in failures during testing

Work on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.

BSEE or BSME or Equivalent Experience
