Salary Range: $24.00 To $24.00 Hourly

Prudential Overall Supply is hiring a Washfloor Operator to support our industrial laundry operations. This is a physically demanding, hands‑on role working with large‑scale washing equipment and heavy loads in a fast‑paced production environment.

This is a full‑time, non‑seasonal position with consistent weekday hours.
No prior washfloor experience required—we provide hands‑on training.

• Load and unload industrial washing machines with heavy, wet garments and textiles
• Handle large sling loads following proper weight and wash formulas
• Operate washers according to established processing sequences
• Push, pull, and move loaded carts and materials throughout the washfloor
• Monitor chemical/detergent levels and report issues
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions
• Transport washed items to the next production stage
• Complete production tracking and basic documentation
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety, HACCP, and company procedures

• Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy loads regularly
• Continuous standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift
• Work in a hot, humid, and fast-paced industrial environment
• Ability to perform repetitive, physically demanding tasks
