Johnson Service Group is looking for an Electronics Assembly Technician with experience in PCB assembly, SMT and Thru-Hole rework, soldering, testing, and troubleshooting. This role will support production by assembling, inspecting, repairing, and testing electronic assemblies to meet customer specifications. Responsibilities include performing PCB assembly, rework, and touch-up of SMT and Thru-Hole boards. Setting up and operating electronic manufacturing equipment, including SMT, soldering, inspection, and test equipment.

Performing lead and lead-free soldering, component handling, and mechanical assembly. Reading and interpreting schematics, drawings, and work instructions. Performing testing, troubleshooting, defect disposition, and repairs. Conducting visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met. Maintaining production records and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications include 1+ year of experience in electronics assembly, PCB manufacturing, or related field. Experience with SMT/Thru-Hole soldering and rework.

Ability to read schematics and technical documentation. Proficient with hand tools and electronic assembly processes. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
