Job Summary
The Chemical Technician is responsible for handling chemicals, solutions, and chemical waste safely, performing cleaning operations on critical parts, maintaining production records, taking measurements for critical dimensions, and working in a cleanroom environment. The position requires attention to detail, adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standards, and collaboration within a team to meet customer delivery schedules.

- Perform cleaning operations on critical parts
- Maintain production records on all parts processed through each station
- Take measurements for critical dimensions
- Follow production processes in a consistent and exacting manner
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Preferably a certificate or associate’s degree in chemical technology or a related field such as chemical process engineering
- Some laboratory or equivalent experience working with chemicals is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to follow instructions, handle delicate parts and equipment, and work with hazardous materials
- Strong pride in work and a quality orientation
- Comfortable using computers for various workflows
- Communicate regularly with the Production Lead and teammates on daily assignments and report any discrepancies or relevant production‑related information
- Work frequently with the Manufacturing Director to improve quality and processes
- Stand, walk, use hands to handle and feel, talk, hear, and smell; lift or move up to 30 pounds on a repetitive basis; maintain close vision, color vision, and focus; use a computer for extended periods; perform tasks during non‑standard hours, including nights, weekends, and possible holidays.
$22.00 – $27.00 per hour
